Massive weight loss causes sagging of the skin. When the skin excess is beyond a certain point, the double incision technique with free nipple graft is my go to procedure. the chest scars required are very visible, but they do fade with time.

These are some of my most complex cases, demonstrating an advanced knowledge and surgical technique to adress both fullness, assymetry, skin excess, and areolar size.
In this case I applied a circumareolar skin reduction /areolar reduction technique with gland removal to avoid the double incison technique and avoid chest scars, while still producing an excellent result.

This is a complicated case in a body builder demonstrating excess skin along with puffy nipple gland. we wanted to avoid the scar on the chest, so a circular approach/removal of skin was undertaken using the circumareolar approach.
