Mild skin excess, treated with double incision surgery, as the patient wanted to be tight.  Skin excisions allow for maximal tightness at the tradeoff of a scar.  The incision is shown at 1 month and will continue to fade.  Many patients cover the incisions down the road with a tattoo.
